Responsibilities

Responsible for making outbound calls to shareholders using a shareholder call list provided by client
Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists
Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals voting options
Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates
Log information into Access Database
Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated
Fast paced call center environment where you are expected to make 20-25 calls/hr

Required

Customer service experience
Experience in finance, business management, or related fields
Ability to make outbound calls to shareholders
Ability to provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound calls
Ability to educate shareholders on corporate actions and voting options
Ability to track and monitor outstanding issues and provide timely updates
Experience logging information into Access Database
Ability to assist in the development of campaign themes
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment making 20-25 calls/hr
Strong and articulate communication skills
Ability to multitask between inbound and outbound calls
Proactive during slower times
Availability to work Saturdays
Reliable internet connection (Min 50 Download / 11 Upload Speeds)
Must have a laptop/PC that meets specified requirements
Must have a smartphone for authentication and VPN access
