This role is critical in shaping the company’s marketing strategy through in-depth analysis of sales trends and patterns, optimizing the forecasting process, and enabling data-driven decision-making for business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the comprehensive sales forecast that integrates data from Direct Marketing, Agent-Sold, and Online channels

Collaborate with team members on the creation and maintenance of Forecast Reporting and tracking in PowerBI

Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Actuarial teams, to align forecasts with business objectives, strategies, and market conditions

Maintain and document all assumptions for forecasting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency

Participate in the annual sales planning process

Analyze market trends, historical data, and seasonality to provide actionable insights that enhance forecast reliability and business strategy, using this data to lead and develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and track marketing initiatives against established goals

Communicate forecast results and insights to leadership and key stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science or a related field

1-4 years of experience in sales forecasting, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role

Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and convert them into actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
