Guide clients through Medicare, final expense, and retirement planning with patience and heart
Host or support local seminars at restaurants and community centers — yes, you’ll talk and eat!
Help families protect their legacy — and build one of your own along the way
Team up with senior agents and mentors who actually walk the walk
Bring good energy to a busy office — share ideas, celebrate wins, and lift others as you rise
Take field appointments (and the occasional front porch chat!) with people who appreciate your time
Use our tools and systems to track client needs and follow through with excellence
Represent a brand that truly serves the senior community — not one that just sells to them

Qualification
Required
Licensed Insurance Agent
Ability to build lasting relationships with seniors
Experience in Medicare, final expense, and retirement planning
Ability to host or support local seminars
Team-oriented with good energy
Ability to take field appointments
Ability to use tools and systems to track client needs
Commitment to representing a brand that serves the senior community
Desire for long-term success and potential to train others
Coachable, driven, and professional
Willingness to work hard, ask questions, and pay it forward
Ability to follow proven systems and maintain a positive attitude
Local residency or relocation to The Villages, FL
