Responsibilities
Greet clients/corporate managers and determine the nature of their visit
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, and preparing documents for meetings
Managing a multi-line phone system to answer and redirect calls promptly while maintaining professionalism
Communicate messages to all appropriate parties in a timely manner
Handling mail and deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and scheduling courier pickups as needed
Monitoring and ordering office supplies in collaboration with the facilities or procurement team
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area that reflects the company’s commitment to high standards
Other duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant phone presence
Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service
1+ year of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members
Ability to sit for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in basic computer applications; experience with QuickBooks is a plus
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Preferred
Bilingual abilities preferred (Spanish is a plus)
