Property Preservation Admin Coordinator-Remote
LoanCare is a top national provider in mortgage loan subservicing, and they are seeking a Property Preservation Administrative Coordinator. The role involves collaborating with clients and vendors to manage property preservation tasks and ensure effective communication and reporting.

Responsibilities
Administer the main Property Preservation Administration email box used by vendors and other departments for notifications of violations, invoices, inspections, etc
Complete monthly vendor scorecards for vendors
Prepare daily reports to inform vendors when to cease work on accounts and initiate post-sale securing
Request and collect W9 forms from utility companies as needed for invoicing
Review utility invoices
Ensure utility services are discontinued, and final invoices are requested when properties are sold on a second chance basis
Process incoming physical mail
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year work experience in the legal field or default mortgage servicing
Understanding of standard business practices in the mortgage industry and/or in-depth knowledge of the conveyance claims process and property preservation
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate information, effectively communicate with vendors and team members
Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Preferred
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain a well-structured workflow, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed in a timely and organized manner
Keen eye for accuracy, capable of identifying errors or inconsistencies, and ensuring that all tasks are performed meticulously, maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of work
