Responsibilities
Support initiatives through data analysis and the development of data visualizations
Assists in the planning and design of data analytic projects
Contribute to continuous improvement projects by developing tools and standard templates
Assists with defining data standards and definitions
Leads discussions with cross functional teams on the results of projects and data analysis
Produce financial analysis for cost savings initiatives
Gather data and produce accurate and timely analytics for department leaders
Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain analytics tools and methodologies
Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department

Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field of study from an accredited college or university
2 or more years of experience working in a supply chain environment
2 or more years of experience in data analysis and structured report writing in a healthcare environment
2 or more years of experience working with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), tier structures and contract compliance
Superior communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently with varying deadlines and levels of importance
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel
Proficient with database building and maintenance
Ability to work within a team or individually for project completion
Workday ERP knowledge
Operational Inventory knowledge
Health System item master knowledge
