Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and coach the tax team for future growth
Oversee company-wide tax compliance and ensure adherence to standards
Present financial statements and tax compliance reports
Research and apply the latest tax laws to maintain compliance
Manage ASC 740 income tax accounting requirements
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in tax, including at least 2 years at the corporate level
Property & Casualty insurance experience is need
Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing people
Deep knowledge reporting and compliance
