Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Deliver actionable insights to leadership for growth and innovation
Manage audits and collaborate with external auditors
Drive process improvements and reporting best practices
Qualification
Required
CPA required (Big 4 or Top 10 experience highly valued)
5+ years progressive experience, including 3+ years in public accounting
Strong technical accounting and GAAP knowledge
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred
Exposure to manufacturing, utilities, energy, or distribution clients preferred
