Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
Maintain and update filing systems electronically and physically
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
Assist in data entry and maintain databases with accuracy
Order office supplies and manage inventory levels
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Previous experience in an administrative role
