Strong understanding of the fundamentals of system analysis & design
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile concepts
Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, open collaboration, etc
Strong verbal and written communication skills with previous ability working in globally located team situations, understanding and demonstrating sensitivity toward cultural differences
Ability to cultivate networks throughout an organization to gather support and build a foundation for future influence
Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to shifting or contending priorities and try new things, even at the risk of failure
Solid understanding of Commercial Insurance
Familiarity with Web-services, XML, JSON and API a plus
