The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and performing all aspects of software application development and web development contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget
Track project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
Prepare status reports and presentations for project stakeholders
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and document business requirements and workflows
Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure alignment with business objectives
Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of implemented solutions
Create/Update/Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, system specifications, and security documentation
Collaborate with subject matter experts and development teams to gather information for documentation
Edit and proofread existing documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
Ensure documentation adheres to established standards and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in management information systems or related field preferred
3-5 years in the Information Technology industry
3-5 years of combined experience as a Junior PM, Business Analyst, and Technical Writer
Ability to analyze and translate functional business requirements from stakeholders into detailed tasks for Design and Development teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Camtasia, and Visio
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality deliverables
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
Applicant must be a permanent resident or citizen of the United States and clearable for Public Trust clearance with the U.S Government
Preferred
Certification in SharePoint or Salesforce
Previous hands-on experience working in cross-functional teams
PMP Certification or Scrum Master certification
