Responsibilities

Collaborate with Data Engineers and Business customers to automate and build analytic reporting that will reduce manual effort and assist in making business decisions
Apply best practices to deliver high quality intuitive reporting of manufacturing data to advance the state of the art in efficiency optimization and predictive analytics
Develop reports utilizing connections to manufacturing system databases and data lake to curate Enterprise-wide financial and operational views for Business customers
Provide WestRock leadership highly valuable and transparent reporting that will drive decisions for the entire enterprise

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
At least 7-10 years of strong Data Analytics and Engineering experience
At least 3-5 years of Power BI development and support
Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure
Experience with Microsoft One Lake, Lakehouse, Data Factory
Experience with Power Query and DAX
Experience with scripting/coding (Python and/or SQL preferred)
Experience developing analytic reporting and data visualizations
Familiarity with ETL concepts and technologies
Familiarity with cloud-based Big Data platforms and services
Familiarity with databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) and data stores
Familiarity with assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements
Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Good communication abilities to interact with clients, internal and external customers
