Responsibilities

Manage MES user accounts and access rights

Design and update Master Batch Records (MBRs) based on departmental requests

Troubleshoot MES issues and coordinate with vendors or SAP support

Support MBR execution and ensure data accuracy

Drive improvements in MES, SAP, and related systems

Assist departments in collecting and analyzing data for reports

Support Operational Excellence with data analysis

Participate in process improvement projects

Backup Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) reporting and train others as needed

Maintain inventory adjustment database

Act as the main contact for SAP issues across departments

Assist with reporting key metrics

Qualification

Required

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Proficiency in SAP and PASX systems

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

High School Diploma or GED

Experience with SAP and PASX

At least 5 years of advanced computer experience

Proficiency in writing professional reports and communications
