Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Service Technician to join their apartment community team in Marietta, GA. The role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring the community is safe and functional, and delivering excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances)

Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail

Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained

Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can-do attitude

Be part of an on-call rotation to keep things running smoothly 24/7

Qualification
