Responsibilities
Lead Service G&A and Capex by providing monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range budget/forecast
Own G&A and Capex variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts and prior year results for internal reporting
Present G&A and Capex monthly results to business owners. Responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of content
Present to senior leadership G&A and Capex results on a monthly basis
Provide ad hoc support and financial modeling for various projects, producing actionable insights
Introduce meaningful analytical models for cross-functional leadership team, identifying opportunities to help guide the CPSO strategic direction
Collaborate with expense owners to create and manage purchase orders in Coupa
Reconcile existing purchase orders with internal Global Business Partners team by working with vendors to clear existing accounts/ invoices
Process invoices for payment within contractual payment terms
Communicate organized and accurate statuses of payments and purchase orders to internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineers, Math, Finance, Business, or related field
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Minimum 3 years finance/ accounting relevant professional experience
Self-started with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Preferred
Onestream /SAP/Coupa knowledge
