Responsibilities
Support strategic initiatives by refining scope, metrics, and business plans to drive cross-functional alignment
Analyze market trends, user feedback, and financial data to uncover insights and guide product strategy
Assess product impact, identify innovation opportunities, and align solutions with customer needs and business goals
Collaborate across teams to translate strategy into execution and communicate progress to stakeholders
Provide high-quality analysis and recommendations for ad-hoc strategic projects
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic thinker with ability to simplify complexity
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields
Passion for technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a global team environment
Ability to think strategically
Excellent organizational, project management and exceptional attention to detail
Strong analytical and quantitative capability
Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Flexibility to travel as needed (10-20%)
Preferred
Internship or project experience in strategy, product management, or consulting preferred
Preferred experience through relevant internships (or FT) in the technology sector
Technical degrees in (CES, ME/EE), master's degree or MBA are also preferred
Leadership experience in school, work, internship and/or community
