Responsibilities

Lead the Sales of Qcells Energy Storage hardware and Software in the Utility and Community Scale, Commercial and Industrial segment – Focused on both Behind the Meter and Front of Meter Market

Assess the BESS market by identifying and analyzing key players, market size, growth potentials, market dynamics & trends

Define and implement a sales growth strategy specific to achieve Sales Targets

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and productivity

Identify and establish business relationships with new BESS customers, including utility companies, renewable energy developers, EPCs, channel partners, and distributors

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers' leadership teams (C-suite, SVP, EVP levels)

Lead the selling and negotiation activities for all major opportunities

Define and continuously maintain critical market intelligence from a market, customer, and competitor view
