Responsibilities
Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists
Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options
Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates
Log information into Access Database
Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree Or Bachelor Degree Required
You MUST HAVE your own equipment for this position
It requires a computer with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac OS 13 or higher
Microsoft Office proficient
Excellent communication skills and email communication skills
