Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial door and hardware projects from initiation to completion
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial targets
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, address issues, and ensure alignment among team members
Utilize software tools such as Comsense or Avaware for project management and documentation purposes
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for all projects, including fire-rated frames and hardware installation standards
Track project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial door and hardware
Proficient in relevant software applications such as Comsense, Avaware, and eMullion
Strong understanding of architectural products, including hollow metal, wood frame, and fire-rated frames
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
