Responsibilities
Provide overarching clinical oversight for treatment plans and staff service delivery
Conduct thorough medical assessments and prescribe appropriate treatments
Lead, mentor, and educate our multidisciplinary clinical team
Oversee medication management and psychiatric/medical procedures in collaboration with nursing staff
Engage actively in delivering personalized, integrated care plans that promote recovery and resilience
Participate in rotating 24/7 crisis response, ensuring safety and support at all hours
Uphold agency compliance, prevent healthcare fraud, and ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations
Be a leader in a forward-thinking organization committed to excellence and innovation

Qualification
Required
A Physician, NP or MD licensed by the New York State Education Department, with current certification
Valid NY State driver's license with a clean record
Background clearance including fingerprinting, criminal check, and OASAS approval
Extensive experience with Methadone
