Responsibilities
Ensures consistency and best practices are applied to the analysis and evaluation of platform performance, effectiveness, and strategy by utilizing business intelligence tools
Reviews reports and briefings that summarize project performance
Makes recommendations on improved methods for MOP (Measures of Performance) and MOE (Measures of Effectiveness) capture and reporting
Implements evolving requirements in the metrics collection and reporting system
Qualification
Required
8 + years of related experience
BA/BS Degree; relevant education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
US Citizenship Required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to evolving requirements
Preferred
Familiarity and understanding of the social media environment and web metric analysis tools
Knowledge of statistics is preferred
Security clearance preferred; accepted uncleared candidates will be submitted for clearance
