Own the AI transformation roadmap. Decide what we build, in what order, and why. Present your strategy to leadership—don't wait for them to define it

Find the high-impact opportunities. Interview teams across the company. Identify where time is being wasted. Prioritize ruthlessly based on ROI

Build solutions—yourself when needed. You'll work in tools like n8n, Notion, and Power Automate. For complex projects, you'll scope and manage contractors. But you should be able to build, not just direct

Drive adoption. Technology is 30% of transformation; getting people to use it is 70%. You'll train teams, create documentation, and build the 'AI co-worker' culture through demonstration

Measure what matters. Track hours saved, adoption rates, and ROI. Report monthly to our AI Board. Be accountable for outcomes, not just activity
