Commercial Sales & Account Specialist (Full Time)

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for its world-class customer experience. They are seeking a Commercial Sales & Account Specialist to grow local commercial sales and customer acquisition in the Los Angeles Metro area by engaging with existing customers and generating new business.

Responsibilities

Engage with existing commercial customers to grow recurring/repeat business as well as generate new business through various lead generation and prospecting tactics
Meet or exceed sales targets, including a high volume of outbound calls, on-site estimates/proposals, top account management, referrals, networking, virtual and in-person prospecting, and building new local business relationships
Understand and help drive franchise profitability through building high-value customer relationships
Build and maintain long-term account value. Identify growth opportunities within existing local commercial accounts
Maintain a high level of competitor and local marketplace knowledge
Cold calls and reach-outs to prospective new customers and build new strategic business relationships
Partner with our National Accounts and Strategic Alliances teams to increase commercial business sales locally
Effectively use our Sales App to track and report on sales activity

Qualification

Required

3+ years of hands-on sales, with 1+ year of work experience as a sales account manager
Experience in increasing net new sales and a successful track record of meeting aggressive sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate clearly & concisely, verbally and in writing
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Proficient in G Suite and using a CRM (Salesforce a plus)
