Responsibilities
Validate test results provided by OEMs and test partners by executing independent test cases and regression plans
Manage test sample requirements, distribution, activation/deactivation, software flashing/upgrades, and inventory tracking
Monitor customer-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage the bug reporting and resolution process using tools like JIRA and Confluence
Test and certify maintenance releases (MRs) and security updates by executing relevant test cases and regression plans
Conduct field testing as needed to reproduce issues and collect diagnostic logs for analysis

Required
Mobile device testing – Android & iOS
Mobile hardware knowledge
JIRA
Confluence
Education Level - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study - Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, Engineering or other related fields
Years of experience: 1 to 3 Years
