Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team leads
Build a leadership pipeline through mentoring and development plans
Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable
Promote engagement, ownership, and a strong workplace culture
Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, shipping)
Drive productivity, accuracy, and service-level performance
Implement standard work, SOPs, and best practices
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Champion a safety-first culture
Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company policies
Conduct audits, training, and incident reviews
Hold leaders accountable for safe operations
Develop short- and long-term operational plans
Forecast labor and capacity needs
Identify and remove process bottlenecks
Support technology and process enhancements
Ensure branch financial performance meets company and client objectives
Manage labor, overtime, and operating costs
Improve labor utilization and productivity
Support capital planning and equipment needs
Track and review key KPIs (safety, productivity, quality, service)
Lead regular performance reviews with leaders
Use data to drive decisions and improvements
Partner with colleagues, HR, Safety, and Supply Chain/Vendors
Communicate performance and risks to leadership
Support customer and inventory objectives
Promote continuous improvement and learning
Recognize performance and innovation
Lead change effectively during growth or peak periods

Preferred

Associate's degree and a minimum of three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
