Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Customer Service shared inbox
Assign orders and route requests to the correct internal departments
Download, prepare, and ship software packages as required
Maintain clear, professional email communication with customers and peers
Process quotes, orders, and updates with high accuracy
Use SAP and internal systems to log and manage customer requests
Follow established customer communication standards and policies
Support fast-paced service operations with a positive, customer-first mindset
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service experience required
Strong written communication + accurate data entry skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Patient, professional, and solution-driven approach to service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work 100% on-site to support time-sensitive requests
High School Diploma required
Preferred
email-based customer service experience

SAP/CRM experience a plus
