Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
Explain policies and enrollment steps in a clear, professional manner
Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up communication
Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term client relationships
Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance your skills
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
Confident using video conferencing platforms and digital tools
Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based computer with webcam access
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is helpful but not required
Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial
