Responsibilities
Perform complex analysis and programming, design, testing, and debugging work related to the implementation, enhancement, integration, upgrade and support of our SAP systems
Understands the business context of requirements to develop solutions accordingly while ensuring quality within SAP specific domains (S/4HANA)
Design, implement, & deliver complex products for users
Define, document, design, code, test & deploy workflows, reports, integrations, customizations, enhancements & forms primarily using ABAP, Fiori, Cloud Platform Integration Services & other SAP specific tools
Establish standards for documenting, testing & releasing code & then ensure those standards are met on an ongoing basis
Work as part of the development team to respond, clarify or define specific application behavior, look/feel & function
Drives resolution when an issue is isolated to respective domain
Manage detailed application requirements & collaborate with teams to ensure quality function, features & user experience
Develop, modify, enhance & implement software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives
Influence system design by identifying & recommending design and requirements needs for software enhancements
Test software code to ensure proper & efficient execution & adherence to business & technical requirements
Write code that meets the requirements & design specifications
Ensure code is written based on established policies, fully documented, & unit tested
Participate in design and wireframe review to provide a technical perspective on implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field or equivalent work experience
5-10 years of experience in ABAP and SAP S4 Hana
3-4 years of experience in Fiori
Process knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, investment management, supply chain, and project systems
Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms
In-depth understanding of SAP solutions, including, but not limited to, S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, Cloud Platform Integration Services, CDS View, and ODATA
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously
Excellent time management practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Must be local to one of these locations: Saint Louis, Charlotte, Denver, and Stamford
Preferred
