Qualification
Required
Expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing projects from inception to completion
Experience with Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting tasks to ensure project timelines are met
Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain quality standards and compliance
Skills in Logistics Management, including coordinating resources, materials, and schedules
Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) and prior experience in real estate or multi-housing developments are advantageous
