Responsibilities
Oversee and elevate all aspects of hotel performance, including Food & Beverage
Lead day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on service quality and staff performance
Collaborate effectively with department heads
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of progressive hotel operations experience in a leadership role
Proven expertise across Rooms Division, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and/or Tourist Services
Demonstrated ability to lead day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on service quality and staff performance
Must be available to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Strong operational problem-solving skills and comfort navigating high-pressure, guest-facing situations
Ability to collaborate effectively with department heads
Preferred
Experience as a multi-unit hotel operator
Familiarity with hotel brands Marriott and Hilton properties
Background in service training or staff development
Prior roles as Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or similar multi-department oversight positions
Seasonal volume management is a plus
