Administrative Support (Election Worker)
The DC Department of Human Resources is seeking an Administrative Support (Election Worker) to assist the District of Columbia Board of Elections. This role is essential for providing support to trainers and election workers, ensuring smooth operations during the electoral season.

Responsibilities
Provides assistance with checking in Election Workers who are scheduled for training classes, helping with rescheduling Election Workers who arrive late, provides assistance to any Election Workers interested in becoming registered voters, supports BOE staff and trainers in resolving any issues that arise during training sessions, submitting all Election Worker documents to the Call Center Division for class credit and payroll processing
Sets up and breaks down each training class, resets all equipment after each training session, makes copies of materials for training classes, use laptop to research Election Workers status, ensures the security of documents and information submitted, assist wit collecting and organizing post-election documents from all Vote Centers and entering critical election information into the database, and assist wit a post-election audit process, including sorting, counting, and manual tabulation for ballots
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 months of administrative experience
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exhibit the ability to engage effectively with a highly diverse population
