Commercial Sales Representative – Field-Based | B2B Services
Northwest Exterminating is dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences and growth opportunities for their team. They are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative who will be responsible for prospecting new business and managing relationships with commercial clients while promoting pest control services.

Responsibilities
Prospect and close new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and commercial clients
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts in your assigned territory
Promote and sell Northwest’s suite of commercial pest control and prevention services
Maintain accurate sales documentation and service agreements
Attend ongoing training sessions and stay up to date on service offerings and industry trends
Safely operate a company-provided vehicle, iPad, and cell phone
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of outside sales, B2B sales, or service sales experience
Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid)
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity
Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops
Ability to work in all weather conditions
