Responsibilities
Seed Round Execution: Deploy the $7M Seed Round into land acquisition, design, engineering, and Prototype 1 construction
Series A Leadership: Architect the $70M Series A raise with sovereign wealth funds, ESG institutions, climate investors, and family offices
Financial Stewardship: Ensure all capital deployment meets regenerative targets (ROI + ecological performance metrics consistent with our Ethics)
Construction Management: Oversee the build of the Ark structure and site systems, managing modular manufacturers and engineering partners
Permitting & Entitlements: Navigate Delaware zoning, land-use reforms, federal incentives, and 'Climate Sanctuary' policy frameworks
Infrastructure Delivery: Install solar microgrids, water reuse systems, food forests, and shared resilience infrastructure
AI Platform Leadership: Guide development and deployment of LotusMD™, the ethical intelligence system that supports learning, and governance
White Lotus Council Implementation: Operationalize charter-based governance to ensure decisions reflect interfaith ethics, ecological harmony
Data Integrity: Oversee regenerative metrics, Utopian Index™ scoring, and ecological performance reporting
Qualification
Required
10+ years senior leadership (CEO/COO/President/VP) in real estate development, modular housing, climate-tech, or venture-backed startups
Proven capital-raising record from Seed to Series A/B (institutional, family office, or sovereign channels)
Mastery of development operations including entitlements, site engineering, contractors, and modular manufacturing
Ability to build a cross-disciplinary organization spanning ecological design, technology, policy, and interfaith community development
Alignment with the mission and comfort working at the intersection of AI, ecology, finance, and spiritual ethics
Preferred
Expertise in climate-aligned or resilient infrastructure strongly preferred
