Responsibilities
Lead multiple complex residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Mentor and support Project Managers to ensure consistent execution, quality, and adherence to Andrew Roby standards
Partner with company leadership to set, monitor, and achieve individual and departmental goals
Oversee project financials including estimating, billing, payables, receivables, and profitability tracking
Evaluate project performance, analyze costs versus revenue, and implement margin improvement strategies
Monitor budgets and change orders to maintain financial accuracy and transparency
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, architects, designers, engineers, and trade partners
Lead client meetings, manage expectations, and ensure a superior customer experience
Communicate clearly and effectively across all stakeholders
Conduct regular job reviews with Superintendents to confirm scope alignment, schedule progress, and pricing accuracy
Ensure all work meets Andrew Roby’s quality standards, as well as local codes and safety regulations
Identify and resolve challenges proactively to keep projects on time and within budget
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Foster a culture of craftsmanship, continuous learning, and pride in every project delivered
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on custom homes and renovations
Proven success managing large-scale projects and high-performing teams
Strong estimating and budgeting skills, with the ability to interpret architectural and construction plans
Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities with strong attention to detail
Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities — fostering accountability and growth among Project Managers and Superintendents
Skilled communicator who builds trust with clients, trade partners, and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and construction management software
A self-motivated professional with strong ethics, integrity, and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Civic-minded and actively engaged in the local community
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
