Kforce is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Development Lead to join their innovative and fast-paced team. This leadership role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions, mentoring developers, and driving impactful digital transformation across various Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Maintain and evolve Salesforce development standards, including documentation and version control
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem
Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other tools
Architect and optimize Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud
Integrate Salesforce with telephony systems and external platforms using APIs and middleware
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
Support CI/CD pipelines and agile development workflows

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (especially Case Management), Data Cloud, and Agent Force
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data models, and performance optimization
Familiarity with CI/CD and agile methodologies
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce automation tools
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with telephony integrations and Einstein Analytics is a strong plus

Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant (preferred)
