Sability is a leading Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting firm and a premier UKG partner. They are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage client relationships, qualify leads, and drive sales cycles for UKG software applications.

Responsibilities
Present Sability and our services to prospects and partner representatives
Develop and maintain relationships that will result in mutually beneficial business engagements
Manage sales cycles from initial lead engagement to successful deal closure and transition for client onboarding
Leverage knowledge of prospects and partner’s business, as well as Sability’s capabilities to establish value and create value driven opportunities
Use effective sales strategies that present a solid business case to prospects using competitive intelligence to best leverage Sability
Lead sales engagements and align internal resources as needed to address prospects and partner’s needs and business initiatives
Conduct negotiations to secure clients that align with Sability’s framework and practices
Capture all relevant information in Sability’s CRM system
Stay informed on UKG’s products, industry trends and marketplace of partners to ensure Sability’s offerings are in alignment to support our clients optimal experience with UKG
Effectively articulate how Sability solves specific business problems and drive client success
Act as a strategic liaison between client and Sability, while understanding UKG’s objectives and ensuring Sability’s solutions drive mutual success
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience of consultative selling, relationship management, consulting services, implementation services or software solutions in the HCM or WFM industry related to UKG; Pro and Pro WFM, UKG Ready and legacy UKG solutions such as Workforce Central, Workforce Ready, Workforce Dimensions, UltiPro
Proven ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C level leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of business drivers, value expectations and business case components
Experience cooperatively selling with partner representatives to jointly close sales opportunities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience working independently without daily supervision
Ability to multi-task between different opportunities and clients
Highly motivated and team oriented
Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external constituents
