Own creative strategy across all paid social accounts

Redesign how creative testing is done at TNT Growth

Eliminate visual similarity and fatigue across ad libraries

Lead creative direction across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn

Build and enforce creative differentiation standards

Partner tightly with Media Buyers and Growth Managers

Train buyers to think creatively, not just optimize

Build documentation, playbooks, and internal training

Recruit, lead, and level up designers and copywriters
