Absolute Law Group is a growing estate planning and elder law firm. They are seeking a professional, personable Receptionist to be the front-line representative of the firm, ensuring exceptional service for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and visitors professionally and ensure a positive experience

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly; take accurate messages and route them to the appropriate department

Maintain a clean and organized reception area and meeting spaces

Manage daily office operations, including mail distribution, document scanning, and filing

Schedule and confirm client appointments, coordinate meeting rooms and logistics

Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks such as preparing client documents, binders and handling correspondence

Attend internal team meetings and assist with meeting preparation (agendas, materials, refreshments)

Communicate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow

Support office events and firm activities as needed

Provide coverage or support at other firm locations in Ocala office when required. Position may require travel between Ocala and The Villages office as needed

Reliable transportation is necessary for occasional inter-office visits
