They are seeking an IT Lead, AI & Automation to innovate and enhance their technological infrastructure, driving efficiency and effectiveness in their healthcare delivery. This role involves integrating AI tools, automating workflows, and ensuring data security while leading IT strategies to support the company's rapid growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud) to streamline operations; no model training needed

Leverage Zapier, Make.com, and scripting (JavaScript, Python) to automate workflows across key platforms

Maintain and secure SaaS platforms, device access, and network systems for stability and scale

Execute new tools and systems swiftly in alignment with startup-paced operations

Continuously enhance operational efficiency through tech-driven process improvements

Design and lead IT strategies that support healthcare delivery and long-term scalability

Enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive health information

Administer and enhance AdvancedMD to support care delivery and reporting needs

Manage and optimize tools including Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, and RingCentral

Partner with teams across departments to implement reliable, tech-enabled solutions
