Shift coverage and providing day-to-day technical leadership
Strong troubleshooting skills in all areas of maintenance throughout the property
Including guest rooms, meeting space, front-of-house areas, and back-of-house areas such as kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
Proficient in the use of Windows-based computer systems for work order management and documentation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Demonstrate leadership by supporting team members
Prioritizing work as needed during assigned shifts
Assisting with the coordination of maintenance activities
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
Qualification
Required
Strong troubleshooting skills in all areas of maintenance throughout the property, including guest rooms, meeting space, front-of-house areas, and back-of-house areas such as kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
Proficient in the use of Windows-based computer systems for work order management and documentation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
A minimum of five (5) years of building maintenance experience
A strong working knowledge of all major building systems, including life-safety systems
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all departments
Demonstrate leadership by supporting team members, prioritizing work as needed during assigned shifts, and assisting with the coordination of maintenance activities
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the operational needs of the business
