Responsibilities

Help customers express their personal style and turn fashion into a source of inspiration

Actively circulate the sales floor to understand each customer’s needs and guide them through a seamless shopping journey

Maintain merchandise standards, support fitting room and sales floor upkeep, and assist with fulfillment to ensure a polished, shop-ready environment

Greet teammates with a warm hello and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers

Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions

Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all they need before ending with a sincere thank-you

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities

Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other
