Patient Service Representative

Main Line Health is a healthcare provider located throughout Montgomery County, Chester County, and Delaware County. They are seeking a Patient Service Representative who will be responsible for greeting, directing, and scheduling patients, as well as preparing patient charts and maintaining office organization.

Greet, direct and schedule patients and visitors
Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff by preparing patient charts before check-in
Keep the office and all records, reports and other correspondence organized

Required

Two to three years of office experience required
Must be experienced in Microsoft Word (columns, tables, envelopes, mail merge, labels) Excel (data base maintenance) and Outlook (maintaining calendars of several staff)
High School Diploma

Preferred

Knowledge of insurance payers and medical terminology preferred
