Analyst, HRIS

The Analyst, HRIS will support and maintain the Human Resource Information System, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while providing reporting and analytical support to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Maintains overall quality and integrity of HR data across HRIS and help with system design, data validation, audit, and testing activities, which includes entry and processing of organizational properties and realignments
Serves as first and second level support to system users with data integrity or reporting issues by providing technical assistance
Works with vendor as needed to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Tests bi-annual system upgrades to ensure easy transition and updating of all training documentation as needed
Reviews existing data practices in the system to identify areas of opportunity for improvement for the business
Performs data updates, exports, and imports into HRIS as needed
Serves as the project lead for small-scope technical projects and initiatives for data integrity and updates
Is cross trained to process teammate changes within the HRIS including but not limited to new hires, supervisor and department changes, and pay rate changes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
Identifies opportunities to streamline or automate HR processes using reporting system functionality Maintain system security roles and permissions in alignment with internal controls
Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools to provide greater insight and identify opportunities for improvement
Conducts ad hoc report writing of low to high-level complexity
Supports HR analytics standard reporting compilation and distribution process, including quarterly business reports
Assists in preparing data submissions to key surveys, answers inquiries related to submissions, and maintains job descriptions and market data
Engages stakeholders and performs data analysis to support business decision making and needs
Ensures HRIS data integrity by completing weekly, monthly and quarterly data audits
Analyzes HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
Other duties, projects, responsibilities, etc. as assigned

Qualification
Required
2-4 years of related experience with HRIS/Payroll systems and HRIS reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills
High analytical skills with the ability to process large quantities of data
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency
Excellent customer service and collaboration skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Finance, and/or Information Technology
Experience with UKG (UltiPro)
Experience with Cognos BI
