Developing schedules for estimates and current projects

Preform company scheduling procedures and reporting

Coordination with project teams to assess reporting and identify risk and create accurate forecasts

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related degree required

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment

Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Excel

Demonstrated work ethic

The ability to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done

Must meet the requirements of eligibility to work on Federal Projects

Occasional extended assignments at other sites are possible

Ability to relocate based on business needs

Regular, reliable attendance

Work productively and meet deadlines timely

Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment

Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies

Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required
