Executive Assistant and Coordinator, Executive Compensation - Human Resources
Hawai'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network serving Hawai'i and the Pacific Region. The Executive Assistant and Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the SVP of Human Resources and manage governance components of the Executive Compensation programs, ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Responsibilities
Provide a wide range of confidential, high-level administrative support to the SVP of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness
Administer assigned governance components of Hawaii Pacific Health's Executive Compensation programs
Serve as point or lead on governance-related projects to include support of HPH Board of Directors Compensation Committee meetings
Function as administrator of record to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulatory guidelines, as well as organizational policies
Serve as a key partner to the SVP of HR and Organizational Effectiveness in organizational operations and governance for assigned external Boards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Paralegal Studies or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Three (3) years of experience in an executive administrative support role exercising progressive levels of judgment and discretion, ideally within human resources, healthcare, legal or governance environments
Demonstrated experience with board governance, record keeping, and corporate compliance
Demonstrated experience with executive compensation administration, and regulatory standards
Preferred
Paralegal certification from National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) or other accredited organization
Relevant legal/compliance experience
