Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst
Webhead is a company in the utilities industry seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. The role involves documenting change impacts, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and assisting with training activities to prepare business users for changes introduced by the new system.

Responsibilities
Capture, document, and analyze ATR- and Security-related change impacts from workshops, system integrator sessions, and SME discussions
Maintain and update change impact trackers as living documents
Validate impacts with SMEs and map changes to affected roles (e.g., asset accounting, capital projects, access provisioning)
Synthesize impact data to support communications, training alignment, and readiness planning
Assist in mapping stakeholder groups impacted by ATR and Security process changes
Support Change Agent Network activities, including meeting preparation and participation tracking
Document feedback and escalate engagement risks or challenges to the OCM Lead
Draft targeted change communications (emails, huddle cards, FAQs, speaker notes)
Tailor messaging for asset managers, finance teams, project teams, IT security, and access administrators
Ensure communications align with approved designs, security controls, and documented impacts
Support Training Needs Assessment sessions by capturing role-based requirements
Ensure training needs align with documented ATR and Security change impacts
Participate in UAT or demo sessions to understand process changes and training implications
Assist with persona discovery sessions based on role groupings
Support documentation of persona-specific change journeys
Help translate persona insights into practical engagement and communication materials
Participate in workshops, readiness meetings, SI working sessions, and OCM stand-ups
Maintain organized documentation of OCM deliverables, trackers, and templates
Prepare summary updates for the OCM Lead to support reporting to the PMO and Organizational Readiness Office
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience supporting organizational change or ERP transformation initiatives
Basic understanding of Acquire-to-Retire (ATR) concepts and/or Security concepts (roles, access, controls)
Familiarity with OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication
Preferred
Exposure to regulated industries such as utilities, energy, or manufacturing
Foundational knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
Prosci Change Practitioner certification or related coursework
