LHH is working with a manufacturing company that has multiple U.S.-based manufacturing facilities around the country. This company is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst for their finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization.

Responsibilities

Utilize OneStream software to support and enhance data analytics, financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes

Assist in the development of the annual operating plan, periodic forecasts, and long-term strategic plans

Collaborate with business unit and functional leaders to provide insights and analysis related to sales performance, gross margin, and operating expenses

Perform variance analysis comparing actual financial results to budget and prior year figures, and communicate findings to department managers and leadership

Build and maintain financial models to streamline and automate analytical tasks

Develop narratives that clearly explain business trends, drivers, and financial variances to internal stakeholders and, when needed, external partners
