Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day social media, including LinkedIn setup, posting, engagement, and content calendar management (and expand to other channels over time)

Support tradeshows and conferences, including logistics, materials, and onsite coordination

Assist with production and vendor coordination —making sure creative assets and materials are delivered accurately and on time

Maintain organized content libraries and ensure new assets are filed correctly and easy to find

Coordinate leadership offsite meetings and help manage logistics, communication, and presentation materials

Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative, strategy, and operations teams to keep projects on track

Jump in wherever needed —this is a dynamic role in a fast-moving environment, and no two days will look the same
