VP of Growth | DTC eCommerce (Remote)

Constant Hire is partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed DTC-first food and ecommerce brand. The VP of Growth will lead the growth strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, creative strategy, and performance marketing to drive revenue and enhance customer retention.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end growth across acquisition and retention, with accountability for revenue, CAC, and LTV
Own forecasting, budgeting, and full-funnel performance targets
Partner closely with founders and leadership on growth planning and execution
Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, affiliate, and emerging channels
Manage and optimize a 7–8 figure annual paid media budget
Build high-velocity testing frameworks across creative, offers, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
Identify new channels and validate incrementality and scale potential
Lead creative strategy, including concepting, hooks, angles, and briefs grounded in data and customer insight
Partner with creative teams to drive high-volume production of performance assets
Analyze performance and iterate rapidly to improve CVR, ROAS, and efficiency
Own cold and warm traffic funnel performance
Lead experimentation across landing pages, bundles, pricing, offers, and promotions
Drive CRO initiatives focused on lowering NCPA and improving first-purchase profitability
Oversee lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, loyalty, and post-purchase flows
Ensure acquisition and retention strategies are tightly aligned to drive LTV and repeat purchase behavior
Own growth analytics including CAC, LTV, MER, CVR, and cohort performance
Build clear dashboards and translate insights into actionable strategy

Required

8–15+ years of experience in DTC growth or performance leadership roles
Deep hands-on experience scaling paid media and owning CAC
Strong creative instincts with a proven ability to drive performance through creative testing
Experience managing large media budgets and full-funnel performance
Strong understanding of CRO, offer testing, and lifecycle marketing
Proven ownership of revenue targets and or marketing P&L
Data-driven operator with a test-and-learn mindset
Collaborative leader experienced in scaling teams and agencies

Preferred

Preference for candidates based on the East Coast (NY / NJ preferred)
