Responsibilities
Works with Payroll Manager on the complete payroll process from timesheet entry review to payment, including commission and bonus reporting
Collect the necessary documentation for accurate payments and withholding, while ensuring controls remain intact
Assists Payroll Manager with system development and implementation of systems, filing and compliance requirements
Research and troubleshoot issues, particularly paycheck discrepancies; PTO inquiries
Become a system expert of ADP Workforce Now; seeking ways to automate processes and enhance the end user experience
Manages the Payroll inbox for incoming requests from the field timely
Work with the Payroll Manager on timely calculations and withholding of garnishment and medical orders
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Customer service-oriented is a must
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills
Intermediate skills in Excel
3+ years of Payroll experience with multi-state payroll experience preferred
Demonstrated experience dealing with Human Resources matters preferred
Ability to problem solve problems and resolutions
Ability to collaborate as a team player
Preferred
3+ years of Payroll experience with multi-state payroll experience preferred
Demonstrated experience dealing with Human Resources matters preferred
ADP Workforce Now experience desired
